Of course, we use regenerative energy for our house and will continue to expand this bit by bit. You can also support this as a guest: travel by train and use our e-scooters for everything you need locally.
We also pay attention to sustainability in the kitchen and of course we will serve you with local organic products.

A villa with 12 beds and 370 square meters of floor space.
The rooms:
Zeitweise.haus offers a comfortable, spacious retreat in 5 double and one triple room. All rooms are newly furnished and each with a good desk also offers a quiet individual workplace for those who would like to work in the room. Regardless of whether you choose the light-flooded sun room with the goat hair carpet, the dormouse room with the great Moormann bed, the elegant floral master bedroom or our Scandinavian bedroom with a large French bed - each room has its own special touch, nothing is off the shelf and everything is designed to make you feel good and relax.
Baths and wellness:
Welcome to the 50s! Our bathrooms not only have the look and charm of the 50s with the yellow and blue tiles. Immerse yourself in this other time with us. And what would a villa be without a pool: 4 x 10 m outdoor pool and a whirlpool in the garden complete the wellness offer.
The former entrepreneurial villa exudes a relaxed, luxurious atmosphere that invites you to get away from it all. Here you have time and space for everything that is important to you. A week's family vacation or a workshop with your team?
The fireplace and living room reflect the 50s entrepreneurial lifestyle: plenty of space, fine marble, indoor flower beds and herringbone walnut parquet. The panoramic windows with a view to the west across the whole Schussenbecken invite you to sit and enjoy the view. In both rooms you can work well with 10 to 15 people.
For the small group we have two great places in the winter garden and on the upper floor.
Good food is a life exlier for us! That's why a well-equipped kitchen is important to us. Here it is no problem to conjure up delicious dishes for the large banquet table: everything you need to cook for the large group is there.
Would you like service? We make sure that there is always enough to drink in the house, we make breakfast and do the shopping for you.
Are you drawn outside?
No problem: open the door and you can find your favorite spot in the park-like 1400 sqm garden with pool, fireplace and plenty of seating and enjoy the view of the sunset with a sundowner.
When it's dark, the fireplace might also magically attract you. On cold winter days, the fireplace room is the ideal place for an evening whiskey.
Our city oasis is in the heart of Upper Swabia.
The medieval inner city of Ravensburg and Lake Constance are just a stone's throw away. Thanks to the central location that makes you want to go outside: in 5 minutes you can walk to the city center of Weingarten, in the forest or in 15 minutes to the medieval old town of Ravensburg.
The arrival:
You can take the ICE to Ulm and then take the IRE/RE to Ravensburg every half hour. From there there is a city bus (about 10 minutes in the morning). Sporty people can of course walk in half an hour, for those who are more comfortable, of course, by taxi for around 15 euros.
If you come by car from the north, it takes about 2 hours to travel from Stuttgart via the A8 to Ulm and then on the main road to Weingarten. If you are coming from Munich, take the A96 in the direction of Lindau and you will be with us in about 2 hours.
What can you do...
We are in the heart of Upper Swabia, with Lake Constance right in front of the door! There are plenty of outdoor opportunities here: canoeing, high ropes course, sailing on Lake Constance, cycling through the Altdorf forest, hiking...
Of course there is also a lot to do in Ravensburg: art museum, Humpishaus, city tours, city games or the Ravensburger Spieleland and not to forget: lots of small shops in the old town invite you to stroll!
