We run a regenerative farm in the Spreewald, southeast of Berlin. The aim of the farm is the regeneration of the agricultural area and the co-creation of a functioning agricultural and holistic ecosystem.

Together with our innovative team of chefs, local farmers, hunters and producers are at the heart of an ever-changing 3 course vegetable-focused menu that evolves with the seasons, with more and more coming directly from our Farm.
