The world of work has changed radically. We want to create a place that does justice to this new understanding of work! With a mixture of workation and team retreats, we want to create just such an inspiring place for new ways of working.
We want to take a holistically sustainable and resource-conserving approach with our project and see the main points of contact in regional development.
We have not only created a place for you to meet, but also a place where people can learn from each other and forge visions together. Here, inspiration is provided by the proximity to nature and the diverse encounters between people.
It is particularly aimed at digital workers and companies who are looking for a place where they can focus on their work, develop new ideas or simply enjoy nature. The property offers not only work and seminar rooms, but also cozy sleeping facilities and, in the future, modern accommodation and open meeting spaces for the community.
Here you will not only find pure nature, but also the perfect mix of adventure and chill – be it stand-up paddling, on the nature trail or simply at the barbecue with pizza oven.
In summer our 2ha property offers 5 charming GDR bungalows, each with 10 rooms with double bed and private bathroom.
In addition, we have 3 bedrooms in the villa with 2x 2 single beds and 1x 3 single beds. For the nice months, our wildflower meadow offers space for a glamping tent with 2 single beds.

In winter the bungalows remain closed. Therefore, the villa offers more space for sleeping. We currently have 6 bedrooms with 14 beds (single and double beds).

For further information and an overview of our rooms, please contact us. For larger groups we have the possibility to rent additional rooms in a nearby hotel in the village.
With a total area of 2 hectares, the property offers extensive orchards and sunbathing meadows, with a football pitch and a private meadow. It is located in a small bay with direct access to the lake with a small bathing area and jetty. If your head is spinning, you can jump straight into the lake.
