- Three apartments of 100, 80, and 70 sqm.
- An orangery.
- A large garden with an old locomotive, a vegetable garden, a cutting flower garden, and a play meadow.
- A wonderful atmosphere and aesthetic.
- Lots of FOREST. No other people, just all kinds of exciting wildlife, like deer, squirrels, and hares... Perfect for meetings, team building, 1:1s, or simply clearing your mind.

Everything here is designed for up to 10 people.
(For day events, we can host up to 25 people in the large garden.)
Across three apartments, we offer up to 9 single rooms and areas, two of which have extra-large double beds.
(If more space is needed: we can book two additional apartments in the neighboring village, each with 70 sqm and 4 single bedrooms in total.)
Spacious Loft (100 sqm): The loft is bright and filled with daylight. There is plenty of space here to relax, get creative, and work all at once.
Cozy Rooftop (80 sqm + rooftop terrace): Cozy and full of nooks and crannies, you can watch the evening sun disappear behind the forest here. Our highlight: the beautiful rooftop terrace.
Beletage (70 sqm): A beautiful apartment with a large balcony overlooking the courtyard, plenty of daylight, and space.
In the beautiful Havelland - The city is far away and yet easily accessible - 40 minutes from Berlin center.
