Sustainability is taken into account holistically, from energy generation by means of a combined heat and power plant, waste separation, environmentally friendly cleaning agents, vegan cosmetics in the apartments to organic coffee and tea. Attention is paid to short distances, all employees, including room fairies, live in the village. And in the garden there are numerous bee-friendly plants. The bed linen and towels are cleaned in an organic laundry.
Here you will find seven apartments of different sizes, which we have designed and furnished with the highest standards. Do you love design and art? Then this is your place to be.
Each apartment is carefully decorated with a selection of found objects, original design furniture, mid-century furniture and art objects. Each apartment is inspiring in its own right and invites you to stay.
But the beauty is one thing. Of course, you'll find everything you need for comfort and luxury in our apartments: the finest linens, cozy towels, fully equipped kitchens with cooking utensils, vegan cosmetics, hiking maps and much more.
On the first floor you will find five apartments, two more apartments on the 1st floor. You can relax in the common garden, which is a wonderful place for a good cappuccino from our FAEMA E61 or a cool glass of wine.
We can offer you the following apartments:
- 3x Studio 40 sqm: 1 bedroom with double bed, bathroom, kitchen, living and dining room.
- 1x Studio 60 sqm: 1 bedroom with double bed, bathroom, kitchen, living and dining room.
- 1x Loft 55 sqm: 1 bedroom with double bed, bathroom, kitchen, living and dining room.
- 1x 2-bed apartment 70 sqm: 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, bathroom, kitchen, living and dining room.
- 1x 3-bed apartment 120 sqm: 3 bedrooms with a double bed each, bathroom, separate toilet, kitchen, living and dining room.
Our location is just outside Freiburg i.Br. in Gundelfingen. Gundelfingen is a small, Baden town where urban life is lived with a village character. Our location is in the center of town, so grocery stores, streetcar stop, restaurants and cafes are within easy walking distance.
Several e-charging stations, as well as city bikes (Frelo) are only 2 minutes away.
The nearest airport is Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg (about 45 minutes away).
The nearest main train station is in Freiburg (about 7 minutes by S-Bahn).
