Using a 16th century finca instead of building a new one is sustainability that needs no explanation. Renovation and furnishing were deliberately carried out regionally: local craftsmen, Mallorcan furniture manufacturers. An electric charging station is available on the property. We offer vegetarian catering – resource-conserving in production and husbandry. Self-catering in the communal kitchen reduces food waste. Arrival by train to Palma is possible.
The location is in Lloseta, well connected to Palma. It is around 36 km by car from Palma de Mallorca airport. The SFM trains connect Lloseta with the Estació Intermodal in Palma; journey time approx. 35 minutes, with high frequency. Via the Ma-13 you can quickly reach Inca, Binissalem and Palma. The surroundings are quiet, with short distances to restaurants, supermarkets and service providers - practical for company retreats, conferences and team meetings.
