Conferences and offsites in the countryside
The venue is located on the Moselle hills above Cochem between the Eifel and Hunsrück , secluded but easily accessible.
There are 10 guest rooms in the house for teams who want to focus on their offsite, retreat or conference.
The advantage: short distances, a clear structure, no big city noise. The centerpiece is a large seminar room (120 m²) with a 20 m² adjoining room, plus a 50 m² dining and lounge area as a social hub. Outside, a park, fire pit and forest edge are waiting for walk-and-talks. The café with farm store (Sundays) is a smart addition to breaks. The house focuses on consistent energy transition: Heating with wood chips, supported by solar thermal energy; electricity without fossil fuels. The ecological construction method with natural materials reduces gray energy and creates a good indoor climate.
Regional appreciation is evident in the farm store and café with ingredients from the surrounding area. Short distances, seasonal products and robust technology instead of disposable gadgets.
The location is above Cochem on the Moselle, between the Eifel and Hunsrück. Travel by train to Cochem (Mosel), then by taxi/transfer; for long-distance travel, Koblenz main station offers ICE connections.
You can reach the house by car via A48/B49. For international travel, we recommend Köln/Bonn Airport; alternatively Frankfurt Airport.
