They are easily adaptable to the needs of our guests, whether it's a business retreat or a family celebration. A floating gyrofocus fireplace lets you relax by the open fire in the evening and opposite is the fully equipped open kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances.

There are over 1000 lakes in Kürnten alone and the Slovenian Soča Valley has breathtaking gorges and crystal-clear rivers.
We want to foster an open dialog between the land, the local environment and its social fabric. We have created a meeting place where people can find other ways and rediscover themselves. As an existing forestry with small animal husbandry, much is reused or recycled, composted or used as mulch, right down to our heating system, which is powered exclusively by wood waste from our own forest.
Towards the south, there is a fantastic view of the historic old town of Friesach with the Karawanken mountains on the horizon, the natural border with Slovenia and Italy. To the north, you are surrounded by endless forested mountains that lead into the Grebenzen Nature Park and the pristine Metnitz Valley.
