Prašćari is a restored historic village in the heart of Istria, near Motovun. Four individually designed stone villas can accommodate up to 30 guests in total and can be booked individually or together — ideal for corporate retreats, workshops, team offsites, and private events.
Two separate conference rooms provide suitable spaces for focused work and creative team activities.
Each villa features a private pool, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The fitness room, sauna, and yoga room are located in separate buildings within the village. Together with the tennis court, soccer field, bocce court, table tennis, and foosball, these facilities are available to guests of all four houses and are within easy walking distance.

The villas offer spacious interiors and plenty of open space: Villa Cipresso at 225 m², Villa Castagno at 160 m², Villa Moro at 102 m², and Villa Catalpa at a spacious 440 m².
The carefully restored stone houses preserve the village’s historic character. Partnerships with regional winemakers, olive oil producers, and other local businesses support the local economy.
