Inspiring Workshop Location on the Have
The venue is a historic building from the Wilhelminian era in the center of Fürstenberg/Havel, one hour north of Berlin and nestled in the heart of the lake district. It’s more than just a place to stay: it’s a space where teams come together to reflect, create, and develop new ideas.
You’ll have exclusive use of the entire house: two spacious, ecologically renovated historic apartments with a combined living area of approximately 270 m² of living space, featuring clay and lime plaster, oiled floorboards, and a warm, tranquil atmosphere. In addition, there is a 45 m² workroom, three bathrooms, and a green courtyard.
Large communal areas, such as the kitchen-diner, a dining room with a long table seating up to 23 people, and a spacious living room, are complemented by separate quiet spaces. This provides space for both intensive work sessions and moments of quiet.
Ideal for strategy offsites, creative workshops, leadership retreats, and team-building days. On the ground floor is a 190 m² studio belonging to a local art association. Printing, art, or maker activities can be incorporated there upon request.
The house is being renovated step by step using natural and eco-friendly materials. The Greenhouse sees itself as a breeding ground for creative and sustainable concepts and collaborates with local partners, such as the art association housed within the building and local rental services.
Fürstenberg/Havel is located in the Mecklenburg-Brandenburg Lake District. The RE5 train takes you to Berlin in about an hour without having to change trains; the train station is only 450 m away. By car, it takes about 1–1.5 hours from Berlin.
