Workshop Location in Nordrhein-Westfalen
Located directly on the banks of the Pader and close to downtown Paderborn, the building combines a focused work environment with short distances and green surroundings. For workshops, seminars, conferences, and multi-day corporate events, you’ll find event spaces, lodging, and dining all under one roof.
The rooms were redesigned in 2025 and offer a comfortable retreat after the day’s activities. The combination of professional conference facilities and the waterfront location is particularly appealing for teams: work sessions can be easily combined with exercise, outdoor conversations, or a group evening out.
The building is located on the outskirts of downtown Paderborn, right next to the Pader floodplains. The ICE train station is about 1.5 kilometers away, and the city center—including Rathausplatz—is about two kilometers away. A bus stop is just a few steps away from the building. By car, you can reach the location via the A33, which is about four kilometers away; the Paderborn/Lippstadt Airport is about 19 kilometers away.
