Creative meeting space near Leipzig

A creative space that lends itself to seminars, workshops, training, offsites, hackathons or group work. This can be a conference over a few days to project work or residencies over several months.

The courtyard

The green courtyard invites you to relax and engage in collaborative activities with chill-out corners, hammocks, beer benches/tables, barbecue area, ping-pong table. Billiards and carom table in the kitchen are available as well as a foosball table and a VR gaming arena, which is professionally operated. Communal cooking is available in one of the two large kitchens. One also houses a professional pizza oven that can be operated by the janitor.

In addition to coworking space, seminar rooms, studio space, there are two large communal kitchens, a green courtyard, a yoga area and other creative spaces.

The rooms

• 100 beds in 20 single rooms, 20 double rooms and 8 MBZ with 3 to 5 beds.

The overnight rooms are usually 20 square meters and can be occupied by 1 - 2 people. The majority of them are equipped with box-spring beds and have a working surface at the large window (instead of a desk) with a view of the greenery. In addition, there are a number of lofts that have their own kitchen in addition to bathroom.

Please note that some bathrooms are shared rooms.

For holding seminars there are enough tables, chairs, presentation areas, rooms as well as fast internet available. For educational purposes, team building or recreational activities, a program with VR (Virtual Reality) experts can be arranged.
