Sustainability was already a central point for us when we built the hotel in 2015. Our hotel is made of wood and was built completely CO² neutral. We have no air conditioning, but cool all rooms with collected rainwater. We avoid plastic and small packaging wherever possible and source the ingredients for your food from local producers that we can really trust. The Bader garden has plenty of colourful plants for "buys bees" and local berries for homemade breakfast jam.

A modern hotel made of wood which combines Scandinavian ambience and Bavarian relaxed ease.
In the middle of the wood - because our rooms are built from spruce wood all around. This creates a relaxed atmosphere after long days of meetings. We love simple Scandi design and have deliberately left out unnecessary frills. What you really need is there, of course: Wi-Fi, flat screen TV, small desk with chair, bathroom amenities from "Team Dr. Joseph" and good drinking water. All rooms have slim, floor-to-ceiling windows - some facing the Bader Garten, some facing the car park.
50 double rooms, also bookable as single rooms, all in the same design with lots of wood and simple Scandi style.

Our home town of Parsdorf is easily accessible by public transport via the MVV S-Bahn bus network. Munich's main railway station is about 35 minutes away, as is the airport.
