The venue is a hotel village of lovingly renovated village houses, a quiet location for offsite, retreat or conference. Teams stay in rooms and apartments with warm materials, selected designs and short distances to the garden, sauna and Kraxenofen.
Instead of a lobby show, the hotel focuses on real closeness: breakfast with a regional focus, herbs from its own garden, places to relax and discuss. Anyone who is serious about New Work will find the right infrastructure and the right pace here: decelerated, concentrated, close to nature and yet professionally organized for workshops and management offsites.
The venue relies on existing buildings instead of new ones: historically grown village houses have been carefully renovated and reused, fewer resources, more identity. Regionality dominates in the kitchen and catering; herbs come from their own garden, short supply chains are standard.
The team is committed to maintaining the edible wild plant park (EWILPA) on site. Energy is used consciously; many routes are on foot
The location is in the district of Waldeck near Kemnath on the B22 between Bayreuth and Weiden. The journey is easy via the A9 (Bayreuth exit) and A93 (Neustadt/WN exit). Bayreuth main station is the closest major railroad station and connects to regional and long-distance services; Nuremberg Airport (NUE) is the business hub with a network of scheduled services.
