We take care to save resources and avoid waste in our catering. By growing our own herbs and edible flowers, we have found a way to reduce plastic waste. We work closely with local producers to offer food that is produced as sustainably as possible. This not only reduces our environmental impact, but also supports small local producers. In particular, the energy required for food production is supplied by the company's photovoltaic system.
