We get our vegetables from the local vegetable coop in Marlin. We also add whatever our garden has to offer.
We value regional produce: organically grown and seasonally cooked. Without a lot of unneccessary extravagance, our cuisine is predominantly vegetarian and vegan.

You can reach Berlin Ostbahnhof from Schnega Train station in less than 2 hours! Its around 20 minutes by cab to Schnega.
To get to Hamburg and Hanover, take the regional bus to Uelzen and then continue with the Metronom. It takes about 2 hours.
