We get our vegetables from the local vegetable coop in Marlin. We also add whatever our garden has to offer.
We value regional produce: organically grown and seasonally cooked. Without a lot of unneccessary extravagance, our cuisine is predominantly vegetarian and vegan.

To get to Hamburg and Hanover, take the regional bus to Uelzen and then continue with the Metronom. It takes about 2 hours.
