Are you looking for a peaceful, inspiring place for your next team offsite or retreat? Welcome to our stylish and cozy seminar house in the middle of nature. A retreat for teams who want to develop new ideas in a relaxed atmosphere, grow together and connect far away from everyday life.
Situated on a 20,400 m² natural site, the farm offers absolute tranquillity and plenty of space for focus, creativity and inspiration. In the early hours of the morning, you can often spot deer and other animals on the property.
Our spacious, light-flooded seminar room is perfect for workshops, meetings or creative sessions.
With 8 individually designed rooms and a total of 14 cozy single beds, the Hof offers enough space for small to medium-sized teams.
After a productive day, you can relax in the sauna or enjoy a walk to the nearby bathing lakes or end the evening on the sandy beach of the Szczecin Lagoon. The atmosphere on the farm is warm and inviting, it is a place that combines community, tranquillity and nature.
We obtain a large part of our electricity from our own solar and photovoltaic system. Our garden is deliberately left in its natural state, so bees, birds and many other animals find their place here. We compost waste directly on site. In summer, fresh fruit and vegetables often come directly from our neighbor Carola's garden. We also do a lot of cooking and use leftovers creatively.
It takes about 2 - 2.5 hours by car from Berlin, depending on the traffic situation in Berlin.
The RE3 train runs to us from Berlin. From Ducherow station it is about 10 minutes by car, by bike it takes about half an hour.
From Hamburg it is about 3,5h by car.
There is the possibility to book a shuttle from the trainstation.
