This hotel deliberately does without portion packaging at breakfast in order to avoid unnecessary waste and thus CO2.
The waste-free breakfast buffet offers almost exclusively high-quality products from the region (approx. 90%) and in organic quality (approx. 60%).
This hotel is much more than just a hotel. About half of the staff are people with disabilities.
