Artist Meike Ziegler has transformed an old horse stable into a magical, warm, and creative barn-house. The space keeps its historic charm while offering modern comforts.
The house features studios for meetings and workshops, a spacious kitchen, nine private bedrooms with comfortable double beds, five stylish bathrooms, a cozy sauna, and a rooftop terrace with beautiful views over forrests, fields and small villages. On clear days, you can even spot the blinking TV tower of Berlin in the distance.

This beautiful space has been carefully renovated using recycled materials from the property and other old buildings. The walls are well insulated to keep the house warm and cozy in the winter and cool in summertime. We focus on local products, using ingredients from nearby farmers. Our garden is watered with water from our own well.
Our location is on the outskirts of a small town just north of Berlin, easily accessible by car, train, or bicycle, with the city center only 30 minutes drive away. The nearest train option is the S8 rail line, located 1.5 km from the property, which brings you to the heart of Berlin in just 25 minutes. Additionally, two swimming lakes are within walking distance of our site.
