We offer the perfect location for your multi-day team offsite or retreat near Berlin, including overnight accommodation (all rooms have single beds). Here, teams meet each other (and themselves), develop new ideas, and cultivate genuine connection. And if you need a break from work, simply jump into the lake.

Secluded yet easily accessible: You can reach us from Berlin by train in a maximum of 45 minutes. It's 20 minutes from BEW Airport. Or by car: park conveniently and arrive relaxed.

Right on the water, surrounded by forest and meadows, all to yourself if you wish: Our spacious grounds with private lake access make it easy to let go and offer space for creative ideas and new perspectives for your team offsite or company retreat.

We’re a place for calm and inspiration. Please be mindful of our neighbours and any other potential guests. If you’re looking for long nights with beer and loud chatter, this might not be the right place.
QUIET HOURS:
The outdoor areas can be used until 10 PM – after that, we invite you to make yourselves cosy indoors.
DRINKS:
We’ve got you covered! Please note that bringing your own food or beverages is not allowed.

Lake Teupitz is surrounded by woodland and borders our 2 ha site. Here you’ll find complete relaxation, plenty of space and fresh air to take a deep breathe.
