The Premium Hideaway combines workation and wellness: A detached house on the outskirts of town with approximately 300 m², six bedrooms for 10–14 people, three bathrooms plus a guest restroom. The centerpiece is the spacious living-dining area with designer furniture and a fireplace. Outside, guests can enjoy a 1,500 m² garden, a heated pool, a sauna, and a hot tub.
A private cinema with presentation capabilities, as well as a yoga, exercise, and multipurpose room, round out the setup for offsite events, retreats, or strategy days. Thanks to the fenced-in grounds, teams can work undisturbed. Dogs are allowed by arrangement. Ideal for workshops, conferences, or C-level offsites— focused work meets a hotel-like atmosphere without the noise of a lobby, but with maximum privacy and plenty of space for meaningful conversations.
Sustainability is part of the concept here: Photovoltaic systems with storage support the pool equipment, air conditioning, and floor heating. Modern building systems ensure efficient energy flows. Constructed using timber from the region, with certified wood, and built by local craftsmen.
