You are in an individual place with nature and real country life (dairy farmer with milk straight from the tank and Niendorf farm ice cream right next door).
The manor house does not have a "golden water fountain", but a special spirit. It has fast internet (member of CoWorkland) and group rooms where you can retreat to smaller groups. There is a fireplace room/library, various fireplaces/stoves and two living rooms.
The manor house is heated with wood in its own cycle: wood only from its own park in order to grow new biomass.
The bedrooms are arranged in the historic layout, i.e. without a hotel character.
There are only shared bathrooms: 10 rooms to 5 bathrooms. If this is too much of a challenge for you, you are better off somewhere else.
We see ourselves as a place with character and space for opposing opinions. Debate has a history here, big and small visions have a narrative.
Digital wood heating in its own circuit. Waste separation. Organic sheep meat from our own production.

On the A24, Hamburg - Berlin highway, a good half hour's drive from Hamburg.
Lübeck can also be reached in half an hour by car; Berlin in 2.5 hours by car.
Train connections: Hamburg-Hbf -> Schwarzenbek (20 minutes) Then bus or cab. Lübeck -> Mölln. Then bus or cab. Berlin -> ICE or IC to Büchen. Then bus or cab. All cab routes about 8 - 10 km.
