The 400-year-old old timber-framed house was completely renovated between 2019 and 2022 in accordance with sustainability principles using clay building materials, old oak beams from collector's stocks and sustainable modern building materials in compliance with all monument protection regulations to preserve the original character of the historically valuable building.
