Offsite, work and teambuilding location by the lake
We work together in a close partner network of regional suppliers. The fish comes from the fisherman around the corner, as does the bread sommelier two villages away. We produce our own honey on our premises with 4 beekeepers. A lot of emphasis was placed on sustainable construction during the new building: green roofs, small biological sewage system, energy production via our solar panels, large tree population and wild meadows.

Welcome aboard adventurers, circumnavigators and visionaries. Our offsite location was designed by a visionary and circumnavigator and built by the family business.
The architecture of the organic new building, due for completion in July 2024, is breathtaking. It nestles perfectly on 20,000 square meters of space. The greenery of the grounds and the adjacent forest promise absolute tranquillity.
The 23 apartments offer space for 99 people and are available for 53 people as single rooms, each with its own bathroom. They are individually and generously designed, with a touch of Scandinavian flair and plenty of light.
Everything you need for your flexibility has been thought of here. We have built in beautiful kitchens everywhere, where the first coffee of the day is already waiting for you, which you can enjoy in the sun on your balcony with a view of the lake, the horses or the forest.
Creativity needs freedom, lightness and a sense of WE.
Some apartments are equipped with a sauna and all include an extra working space for small groups. Our 20 Transforming Rooms can be converted into a small fitness studio, living room or breakout room.
In the yacht club, you can have breakfast with a view of the natural bay or start the day with a round of SUP and/or yoga and a swimming session from the beach.
A real campfire atmosphere and shared team experiences will bond your team together for life.
We are surrounded by forest, a meadow with horses and a natural bay and small harbor.
Located directly in front of us is Lake Wolzig, which is 3 km in diameter and ideal for water sports activities with your team. Arrival is by car, organized shuttle, regional public bus transport.
