You notice as soon as you arrive: everything is a little different here. The mountains seem closer, everyday life becomes quieter and your mind is freer. A place that creates distance – and thus enables new closeness.

Around 100 rooms offer space for teams who not only want to work together, but also want to travel together. Up to 200 people can arrive, stay and meet here at the same time - without it feeling large or anonymous. It is a house where groups are created, not just bookings.

What makes the whole thing work happens outside. A first round of exercise in the morning before the day begins. In summer, on an e-bike through the Zugspitzland, on trails that clear your head and allow conversations to develop without anyone moderating. In winter, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing – days when teams freeze, laugh and arrive together. This is exactly where a connection is created that no team-building game can replace.

Inside there are two meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 110 people – clear, bright, functional. They are not the center, but the anchor between movement and focus. Work does not take place here in isolation, but is embedded in activity, breaks and real experiences.

That is the core of this building:
work, move, think – in that order.
And that is precisely why so many people not only have productive days here, but also really enjoy themselves.
