Why POP-UP?
The improvised redesign and expansion of our traditional family business "Hotel Schondelgrund" is intended to offer our guests an eccentric alternative in the Black Forest for a limited time and thus give us the opportunity to set the course for the future of our hotel. We are focusing on a mixture of retro chic, paired with modern accents and designer pieces. Our pop-up concept is complemented by a new roof terrace, a Scandinavian sauna igloo with hot tub, a garden pool and plenty of space to get away from it all.
Surrounded by a small residential area and right on the edge of the forest. This means that we are very easy to reach and still offer some distance from everyday life and the hustle and bustle of the village. The Hornberg train station is 1.5 km away and is therefore easily accessible.
Für a trip to Strasbourg you should plan 1h drive. From Karlsruhe/Heidelberg/Mannheim approx. 2 - 2:30h.
