For the owners of the villa, it was love at first sight - and it's the same for our guests.
In the middle of the rolling hills of the Uckermark, the villa is in a secluded location surrounded by a huge garden. Here you will feel comfortable and inspired from the very first minute.
The villa has 2 floors - on the garden floor you can cook, work, sit in front of the fireplace, read and relax, 3 of the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the upper floor.

All rooms are flooded with light, offer great views of the surroundings and the harmonious design concept with white floorboards, vintage furniture mixed with design classics, color accents with English chalk colors and the very high-quality equipped English shaker kitchen by DeVol is refreshing, often surprising and at the same time incredibly cozy. You also have 3 bathrooms (2 shower rooms, 1 bath) and a guest toilet at your disposal - appealing design with cement and subway tiles and even a bathtub on lavatories included.
We have focused on preserving the existing building and brought the villa back to life, renovating it where possible in terms of technology and energy efficiency, consciously selecting durable materials, working exclusively with local craftsmen and, where possible, looking for vintage furniture that fits in well with our cozy-reduced style.
Solitary location with large garden, completely undisturbed - the nearest neighbor is at least 500 m away. The easiest way to get there is by car (1 hour 15 min from Berlin Mitte), by train to Prenzlau and from there 10 km by cab is the other alternative.
