You live on an active farm with your own cattle & horses. Wood for the open fireplace and hay for the horses are produced in-house.
Your sauna and pool towels are 100% recycled. Shower gel and shampoo are available as soaps in small cardboard boxes - perfectly recyclable. You will find a lot of "upcycling" in the furniture. As far as possible, your host sources everything from the surrounding area and works with local businesses.
Here you can experience team building in a location that is truly different. You live in a former farmhouse of a Chiemsee fisherman dating back to 1604. This house doesn't scream „old school“ – it celebrates „New Work“ on every square meter.
The four spacious apartments with a total of 10 rooms and 9 bathrooms are no standard accommodation - they are your retreat after a productive day of brainstorming and teamwork. This is where offsite becomes an experience. Fully equipped kitchens for cooking together, huge living areas for relaxed team meetings and enough space for everyone to enjoy some 'you time'.
The location also has a heated pool – from March to November you can dive in whenever you want. There’s also a sauna with outdoor shower, a massage room and a yoga studio that offers you the perfect balance. Here you can come down, take a deep breath and then dive back into the next project with full focus.

The location is in the Seethal, in the valley behind the Chiemsee with a wide view over reed meadows to the lake. In 10 minutes on foot you are at the harbor to jump on the ferry to the Chiemsee islands.
