The location is in Tuscany, 24 km north of Florence – quiet, discreet and made for offsite, retreat or management meeting. The house is part of a historic estate with Renaissance details and a rare English park.
Teams work undisturbed during the day, while in the evenings, the office is for socializing. Twelve double/twin rooms (exclusively bookable) turn workshops into multi-day sprints.
The 40,000 m² garden with iconic Lebanese cedar frames brainstorming sessions in the open air. Representative salons are available for events; if you want to scale up, add a pavilion outside. This setup combines focus, nature and a stylish event location.
The house is part of a listed ensemble; preservation of the building fabric and park is a priority. We work with regional partners for events; short distances and seasonal menus reduce our footprint. Waste separation, reusable set-ups and resource-saving logistics are standard.
The location is in Mugello, about 35–40 minutes drive from Florence. Arrival by flight to FLR, then approx. 34 km transfer. By train to Firenze S. M. Novella (approx. 37 km), continue by shuttle/bus. Road access via SR65/SP503; parking at the house. The region combines tranquillity for deep work with fast connections to Florence, ideal for offsite, conference or retreat.
