The heating system consists of heat pumps, all rooms are equipped with a ventilation system with heat recovery and the electricity is generated by solar panels. There is a charging facility for electric cars and the rainwater from the thatched roof is collected in a reservoir.
The farm, which dates back to 1667, is located in a small, charming village in the Wadden Sea region.
Despite its quiet location, it is easily accessible: Just 10 minutes from the A7 highway, you can reach Amsterdam in 75 minutes and Schiphol Airport in 85 minutes. A shuttle bus can be organized if required.
