Located directly behind the dunes, with a view of the sea and beach, this island location combines real beach feeling with comfort. All rooms and apartments have a balcony or terrace, many with sea or lake views, equipped with everything: free WiFi, Nespresso machine & kettle, flat-screen TV. The apartments for 4-8 people have a living room, spacious bathrooms and plenty of room for a shared retreat or group work.
Wellness is not neglected: indoor pool, sauna, several saunas (Finnish, infrared, salt crystal), solarium and beauty treatments ensure a cool-down after the beach, an active round or a day workshop.
FüFor leisure & team fun there’s table tennis, bowling, tennis courts, bike rental or excursions on horseback. Restaurants & bars directly on site, including a beach pavilion for relaxed evenings with sea air.
Vlieland is inherently sustainable – car-free, full of nature reserves and embedded in the Wadden Sea UNESCO World Heritage Site. The location itself relies on regional supply chains, seasonal cuisine and a conscious use of resources: energy-saving systems, waste separation and the reduction of single-use plastic are standard. Guests are encouraged to use bicycles or shuttles instead of cars and to experience the island consciously.
The journey itself is part of the experience: first you travel by car or train to Harlingen, from where the ferry takes you to Vlieland in around 1 hour 30 minutes. Driving is taboo on the island itself – this is exactly what makes the vibe so special. Instead: Bike, shuttle or simply on foot through the dunes and over the beach.
