The beach of Consolação can be reached on foot in 300m; surf and golf spots are only a few minutes away. For offsites, retreats and management meetings, the house offers just the right balance of retreat and collaboration: retreat niches for thinking, communal areas for discussion, relaxed evenings in the open air. Those who want to deliver results will find the right rhythm here between focus times and team meetings.
The house has been awarded the "Green Sign" sustainability seal and systematically reduces the footprint pragmatically rather than just with claims: Renewable energy through solar, an air source heat pump for the underfloor heating, insulated windows, water saving measures, the use of local supply chains, waste separation including composting and reduction of plastic waste and food leftovers, re-fil with Bela Aqua osmosis system.
The Quinta is located in the seaside resort of Consolação near Peniche, just a few steps from the Atlantic Ocean. Arrival from Lisbon airport via A8 (approx. 1 hour depending on traffic); the hotel also offers transfers in combination with a rental car on site: Bus from Lisboa-Oriente or Sete Rios to Peniche, last leg by taxi/transfer. Within walking distance: beach, cafés, seafood spots. Excursions: Berlengas, Baleal, Nazarée, Obidos and winery
