Talleres Palermo is an old carpentry workshop now reconverted into a coworking, event space and bar.
We are just 2 minutes walk from the beach, close to all services needed, like resturants or supermarkets.
The building is divided in different spaces:
Coworking kafé / bar: here we can held more than 100pax for an event.
Middle floor: small events for max. 20pax.
Coworking space: with private offices, meeting room, and many hot desks.
Rooftop: This is the favourite of many, surrounded by flowers, plants, and butterflies. Perfect place to have meetings or have lunch.

We love rehab architecture, using what the city offers.
Talleres Palermo was an old carpentry workshop abandoned for 20 years! We found a new life for it. Now people are enjoying this building from the 50s, reconverted into an amazing place to work and have fun!
All our furniture is from second hand, old treasures brought from different countries in the world.
The urban garden on the rooftop meet sustainability, all food left from the kitchen is used for making compost. How cool is that?
We grow many kinds of vegetables, herbs, fruits... all you need for a salad.
Las Palmas de Gran Canaria is known for being a smal big city with an amazing beach. Thats not common to see.
You have all facilities close by health centers, pharmacies, markets, restaurants, kafes, cultural buildings, festivals... i mean, everything!
Guanarteme is the name of the area, and Las Canteras is our beach.
