Nestled in the beautiful fishing village of Puerto de las Nieves on Gran Canaria's northwestern coast, is this unique venue specifically designed for company retreats and offsites. From our expansive rooftop terrace, enjoy breathtaking views spanning the ocean, dramatic cliffs, and the majestic mountains of Agaete valley. The house features 31 comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, accommodating up to two people per room. For focused work, every room is equipped with a dedicated workspace (desk, chair & monitor). The coliving itself also boasts very fast and stable Wi-Fi throughout.
Our welcoming shared areas — including the rooftop with a BBQ & chill-out zone, plus spacious living and dining areas — offer ample room for your team to relax, collaborate, and enjoy quality time together. Just a few meters down the road, El Cabo also comes with its own dedicated coworking space. This spot is ideal for working in small or large groups, or for team presentations, equipped with a large flat-screen TV, whiteboards, and, of course, high-speed Wi-Fi.
Sustainability is core to our operations. We've invested in energy-efficient water heaters, a modern solar panel system for renewable energy independence, and energy-saving LED lighting throughout the building. We deeply support Agaete's community by collaborating with local businesses (restaurants, farms, suppliers) and the local school. Choosing our venue means mindful travel and a positive local impact on our island.

From our rooftop, Gran Canaria's "miniature continent" comes alive: the ocean and dramatic cliffs on one side, with the Agaete valley and majestic mountains on the other.
